Wash your hand with soap



There are many precautions that can be taken to help reduce your risk or reduce the severity of a flu attack.
Practicing good hand hygiene is one of the way. Be sure to wash your hands with soap and running water for at least 20 seconds and make you clean your palm and all your finger and nails. Cutting long nails is very recommended. You can use a hand sanitizer if soap and water are not available.

Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing with a tissue. If no tissue around you, use your elbow or upper arm to cover your mouth when sneezing and coughing. It may prevent those around you contracting the virus.

Avoid contact with sick people near you. Use a mask to cover your mouth and nose to avoid contagion. If you are sick, then multiply break at home to prevent spread of the virus to people around.

Cleaning your hand with soap is one way to gain the healthy life, you can also reduce the risk of stomachache. That's for sure.
